Actually, you don’t need to “diet” per se to lose weight, I learned this at the web resource in the box below, they have plenty of instruction, I melted away 5 pounds by taking their advice.

A friend of mine uses an Acai Berry product, it flushes all the waste out your system.

Shes lost quite a lot of weight and she swears by the stuff. She got it for free too, only had to pay like $4 shipping.

    Heres their site:

I ordered a free trial about a week ago and have noticed no side effects. From my understand it is all natural so there shouldn’t be any side effects. However you may have some interactions with other medications. I’d check with your doctor first and for most.

I have used the Acai Berry and it helped me lose 44 lbs in 90 days. The great thing about the Acai Berry is that it is natural so you don’t have all the bad chemicals a lot of diet pills include. You can read more about my story on my blog.

one thing i definitely have to tell you is not to get the acai berry diet
from that Myspace ad. its a scam. i ordered the same one last week.
my friend told me there are soo many scams on that product. i found out that i almost
had to pay an extra 80 something dollars for it so i cancelled my order right away. i heard that the product
does work though, so try to find a legit website to get one.

Many of the acai products advertised are 100% acai berries. Consult with a physician first, but there is probably nothing to worry about. I am on a couple of medications for ADD and depression and I have not noticed any interference.

I received a free 1 month supply of acai berries from. But here is the key to not being billed repeatedly from month to month. Pay for the s/h of the product with a pre-paid credit card. This will allow you to order the free trial month after month and not be re-billed billed!!
