I heard about this diet and was purchasing some of the acai berry drinks from the store. It did give me energy and made me feel great but after about 6 or 7 hours I started getting a headache and I started getting sick to my stomach. Has anyone tried this certain diet and is it worth the headache and nausea? Thanks!
