You are going to get horrible answers. These people that live on Y!A are going to tell you that imaginary person number 45 tried acai berry and lost 18 whole pounds! Lies lies lies. I dont know about the Ali people though… considering im 13 and really dont use diet pills, but im pretty smart in this kinda stuff. I suggest drinking green tea regularly. you dont need all these other diets. And if you want you can eat organic if you dont already. its good for the environment and i lost about 15 pounds in one year of doing it. Good luck!

I don’t know about Alli, but the acai berry diet is a scam. Old fashioned diet and exercise. I know it’s no fun, but that’s how you lose weight. End of story.

  3. Cister Says:

I will be starting the Alli next week.
It does not cut craving or make you full. It blocks fat in the intestines. So you still need to be conscious about what you eat and exercise.

Now, I grew up in Brazil where Acai (assaeee) comes from.
Acai if caloric. Is good for your health but I don’t think you should depend on it for diet. You can add to the Alli because is healthy but is fattening.

I havent used Ali but my mom does.

Upside: you loose weight, not quickly and not likely permanently

downside: if you eat something with to much grease or fat in it, even a hot dog, you poop your pants. not like actual poop but really runny liquidy poop. She said it happened to her when she was on vacation and driving a golf cart. next thing she knew she had to quickly find a shower and covertly sneek in….

    BEST OF LUCK TO YA!

I never used any, but pink Salomon is a good diet and you could also try fruit it has no fat so you could have fruit salads .

Alli does work. It blocks a certain amount of fat grams from becoming calories. However, you cant eat much fat while you’re on it at all or else you will have some bad stomach aches, and diarrhea leaking out of your anus (literally!!)

So since you cant eat much fat to begin with, it doesnt block a substantially amount of calories. However, since you’re forced to eat a relatively low amount of fat, it teaches you to eat better!

  7. BabyCakes Says:

No, I was thinking about it though.

I haven’t used either of these diets in particular, but you can read about real users results of them over at

The problem with trying to find honest diet pill reviews online is that everyone is trying to sell you something. A lot of the people that have sites talking about how good a particular diet pill is are actually just salesman trying to get a commission by getting you to buy their diet pill. Even if the site looks like a personal blog, it’s actually just a front. The manufacturers keep track of which links people click on to buy their product and they pay people a commission just for getting someone to click through their link.

Be wary of any site promoting a particular diet pill. Stick to trusted sources like Mayo Clinic, or better yet, your own personal doctor.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

    Hey Jim H

Why don’t you mention how you get commission on your site from your ebay affiliate links, hmmm? not to mention the google adsense ads that pay you when people click on them.

I’ve looked into it, and I think the acai berry seems really good for you and healthy, but from what I’ve read there’s no proof it helps you shed pounds, sorry!
