The term “overweight” means different things to different people. It’s a good idea to set off at the beginning, and establish whether you are actually overweight for your size or not, by calculating your BMI (Body Mass Index). You can discover how to do it at the site in the box below, they have a lot of tips, I lost 8 pounds by following their tips.

I’m not really sure about acai berry. It’s pretty big right now. I don’t know if it really does help you lose weight. I thot it was just another special antioxidant berry, since berries and fruit usually do improve your immune system to fight disease and infections.
If you’re wanting to loose a little weight, you might try a carb-capture pill. What it does is if you take it while eating lots of carb stuff like candy or bread, it binds or ties up the carbs so your body can’t digest it. And it goes out in the waste products. It’s worked well for me, to just keep my weight normal when I get an urge to splurge on sugar or bread. You can get them at any local health food store. Even Walmart has their own version, which I buy.

The whole weight loss supplement industry benefits from their product hardly working - enough to see very small results, but not enough to solve your problems. Why? Because if they solved your problem, you wouldn’t keep re-purchasing their product, now would you? These supplements are usually so ineffective that you would have been better off at a cost to time spent ratio to just do a little exercise.
Now we see the rise of the acai berry - one of the biggest scams on the market. Have you done any personal research on this? Just go to google and look for “acai berry scam” or something similar. People report almost no difference except as a very minor hunger suppressant, and some people report being sent huge amounts of it after their “free” trial without asking for them, with a huge bill on their credit card for the trouble.
Instead, spend your money on something professional that is worth it and has a 100% money back guarantee like my link below. Or don’t.. but either way, save your time and money and stay away from those scam products.

I ordered a free sample of acai power 500 and have been taking it for the past week already lost 9lbs. I assume its from the flushing my system of excess waste. But it does give me more energy and combined with green tea it’s one heck of a boost!

Hi,
My own personal experience is that I have seen results from taking acai berry supplements but that doesn’t mean it’s the be all and end all magical wand to weight loss if you know what I mean. Especially considering all the posts on here lately about the stuff.
Before I made any decisions on whether to take this stuff or not I did some research. I found this great site that has lots of great articles on the various health benefits of acai berry, all about acai berries and more.
