Voici ma journée repas type :
pti dej : tisane sans sucre. 3 ou 4 craquottes à la confiture ou 1/4 de bahuette fraiche à la confiture.
Midi et soir : légumes, légumes, légumes…je ne suis pas végétarienne mais presque. A la maison, je ne cuisine jamais de viande rouge, de plats en sauce, de friture. le soir en hiver c’est automatiquement soupe faite maison + un bout de fromage et un fruit (en ce moment clementine). l’été c’est systematiquement des salades composées + vinaigrette huile d’olive et vinaigre balsalmique.
1 litre d’eau par jour + des tisanes très souvent donc : une au pti dej, une à midi aprés le repas, une tasse vers 16h et un autre au diner.
Je ne suis pas une grande sportive donc je m’oblige à aller bosser à pied (2 kilometres matin, midi à 14 h et à 18h30 = 8 kilometeres par jour). Je pratique le yoga et le qi gong.
MALGRE TOUS CES EFFORTS JE STAGNE A 68 ou 67 kilos!
QUE FAIRE POUR MINCIR !!??

ps : je ne fume pas et ne grignote pas entre les repas…
